VCI WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

VCI has long been recognized for elevating more top women advisors than any other firm in the industry. In 2015, VCI President Amy Glynn formalized our commitment by launching the Women’s Leadership Group and the Annual Women’s Leadership Summit.

Since then, we’ve hosted unforgettable gatherings in Alaska, Coronado Island, Arizona, and Cape Cod - where members come together to power network, push boundaries, and build lasting relationships.

We proudly support WIPN (We Inspire. Promote. Network.), NAPA’s WiRC (Women in Retirement Conference), WOB 5050, and other impactful nonprofits advancing women in finance.

Together, we’ve climbed glaciers, trained with Navy SEALs, and polar-plunged into the Atlantic. More than a group, this is a movement - driving our industry forward through bold experiences and unshakable connection.
