From the very beginning, VCI has always been recognized for having the highest number of top women advisors in the industry. In 2015, Managing Partner Amy Glynn formalized our Women's Leadership Group and the Annual Women's Leadership Summit. We have had events in Alaska, Cornado Island, Arizona and Cape Cod where members power network and create meaningful and lasting relationships. We are proud supporters of WIPN (Women in Pensions Network), NAPA’s WiRC (Women in Retirement Conference), WOB 5050, and other non-for-profits. The VCI Women's Leadership Group has climbed glaciers together, hung out with Navy Seals and polar plunged into the Atlantic Ocean!
